3 Better Natural Baby Oil Recipes

1- Better Baby Oil Recipe This oil also makes wonderfully soothing natural massage oil.

Ingredients:

25 ml of macadamia oil, (or grape seed, almond, sunflower or olive oil)

25 ml of Almond oil

2 ml wheat germ oil or vitamin E

Instructions: Stir or shake the oils until they are combined. Place in a squeeze bottle and use as needed in the bath, as a lotion, or massage oil. Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant and has many healing properties. It's an excellent moisturizer, wound healer, and is extremely soothing to dry, chapped, or irritated skin

2- Cradle Cap Recipe This is the name given to the formation of crusty patches on the baby's scalp due to an excess of Sebum.

Ingredients

50 ml of macadamia

2 drops of lavender essential oil

3 drops of orange or mandarin essential oil

Instructions Blend all of these ingredients. Massage gently into the scalp twice a day until condition has completely cleared. Avoid any pressure over the fontanel.

3- Baby Massage Oil Recipe for New Born Baby A wonderfully soothing & healing oil for sensitive skins including skins with eczema, psoriasis & dermatitis

Ingredients:

15 ml almond oil

5 ml wheat germ oil

15 ml macadamia oil

15 ml olive oil

Instructions: Blend all of these ingredients in a clean dark bottle

This is a lovely thing to give regularly to help with the bonding between the parents and the baby. It will help stimulate and increase the baby's awareness of its own body and help alleviate cradle cap and dry skin. Massage is best given after a bath just before putting the baby to bed.

Cradle Cap: Few Things to be Careful About

Though the real cause behind cradle cap is not defined by dermatologists, it is not at all necessary to fuss over the disease. To speak the truth, it is not at all a disease; rather, it is a skin condition that vanishes in course of time, even without any treatment. However, it is easy said than done. Every parent loves their child and any small spot on the body of the baby becomes a cause of concern for them.

So, it is not at all surprising if the parents and relatives of a baby show anxiety over the yellowish, patchy, crusty, scaly, greasy mark on the body of their neonate. Cradle cap is generally seen on the head of the neonate of around two to three months of age. The areas where it occurs mostly are the surrounding of the ears, the eyebrows and the eyelids. I dislocated my knee cap, to the inside of my knee (towards the centerline of body). How can I prevent this?

I know normally when your knee cap dislocates, its susposed to dislocate to the out side of the knee, how ever mine dislocated towards the inside. My knee got better after a couple of days. What excerises can a do to prevent this from happening again, is there a brace I should wear? Also is this type of dislocation more serious than a dislocation to the outside of the knee?
