The snooze functions installed on consumer electronics such as computer systems manage the sleep patterns for the operating system and thus extend the shelf life of the product. Cellular telephone customers can enjoy the alarm functions on the calendar function and never again forget a task or be late for an appointment. Instruction books are provided by the manufacturer's of consumer electronics to ensure that customer's can gain the most function out of the device that is purchased.

why my xenon (HID) need to warm up to reach max light power ?

Hi.
i installed an aftermarket HID xenon lights to my High beam light, but when i start them they take time (about 10 seconds) to warm up and give me the max brightness , i saw many cars with factory installed HID start Quickly without warm up priod.
It starts like a camera Flash with max power from the first time which is amazing.... Now what i want to know is ,,,,, is it from my ballest which need to be changed or its from the bullbs ?
Some guys told me your ballest doesnt supply enough power to start it quickly ...

i want to know the truth ?

You prolly just got a cheap aftermarket kit.
Mine took about 2 seconds to come on full power. But i also made a custom harness kit. So i wasn't pulling all of my power from weak 16g stock wiring. I just used those as a remote and pulled my power straight off the battery.
