can i collect unemployment for getting fired for having sex?

I was working at a hotel, and got fired for having relations with one of the guests. (i had the relations w/ him on my day off) and there is no proof that i had relations (im only on camera walking in alone and walking out alone, tho when asked why i was there i said i was passing by to use the vending machine LOL) i know not convicing, but wtf i didnt know i could get fired for dating a guest, and unemployment says that i might not get approved.

you broke the rules.... you lost your job. Why should an employer or the state pay you for deliberate misconduct on the job ? And further, why do you feel that all that money should be spent to defend against your claim, even though you are in the wrong. Because, it costs money to pay administrators, lawyers, clerks, etc.... Face it. You are responsible for what you did, this wasn't an accident. You did what you did, so learn from your mistake and move on with life. I can't recommend even filing a claim...
