My camera fell and started taking pink pictures! going crazy and don't know what to do!!! what can i do ??

Depends on how pink they are- you could possibly just tweak the pictures in GIMP or Photoshop- use the White Balance to adjust it until the tone is right. Doesn't fix the camera, but it'd help in the meanwhile.
