Continuing with Hong Kong the City (Lantau Trails 5 and 6)

Lantau Trail 5

Sham Wat Road to Man Cheung Po

DIFFICULTY 3

DISTANCE 7.5K

TIME 2.45 hrs

Trail 5 is a long trail and it rises over mountains and then back down,so making this a long hard trail.There are two main mountains Keung Shan which is 459 meters and Ling Wui Shan which is 480 meters and in between it drops to make it an up and down track.The weather is also against you if its hot because for 90% of this trail is out in the open.

The views are spectacular from the top on a clear day you can see for miles and if a camera is at hand you will get some fab photos.Traveling along the peaks you can see your trail going off in the distance so you know what has to be done.There are some interesting places on this route, like the temple at Tsz Cheung and the campsite at Man Cheung Po and all this before you come to the Chinese water garden.Making your way down from Man Cheung Po which is a nice wooded trail after the blazing sun you will come across this Chinese garden which is in the middle of no where.The problem it is nearly alway shut but there are ways to see what it has to offer.There is a lake with a walk way into the center where a pagoda is situated. The far end a dam to walk across and it is a pleasant place to be after this long trail.

Now trail5 ends at Man Cheung Po and trail 6 starts and as ManCheung Po is also in the middle of no where, you now have a choice carry on with trail 6 or when leaving the garden you come across a concrete road. Follow the road and not the track which is on the right a few hundred meters down the road and head down to the catchment and onto the Tai O road.Taking the track will bring you to Tai O and the continuation of trail 6

LANTAU TRAIL 6

MAN CHEUNG PO TO TAI O

DISTANCE 2.5K

DIFFICULTY 2

TIME 1hr

Having done 7.5k this last stretch is a nice walk mostly down tree lined tracks and at only 2.5k not too far.There are a few places where caution must be taken and the descent gets quite steep and walking down the steps as you already know is hard work and if slip y dangerous, so just be ready for the steep descent into Tai O.Traveling along this track to Tai O you will pass what is known as the Painted Dragons,yes statues of painted Dragons and is also a nice place for photo's.Now Tai O is just a short walk away and the finish of trail 6

Scammer is lady. The lady registers in marriage agency and make correspondence with men who use the service of the marriage agency. Lady is real; marriage agency provides web camera meetings. Actually the lady is not going to marry. She may have husband, children, lover and use you as a financial support. Such ladies as a rule have 6-8 admirers and “work” with them. It’s simply kind of business and nothing more.

In the beginning marriage agency does not suspect scam but when the marriage agency suspects scam it simply keeps silent because they earn money on your relationships with the lady.

This way the lady only meet men, smile and pull money. There are different kinds how to get money from men: computer courses, driving license, disease of her mother, broken leg of her elder sister, beauty saloon, bank credit for education, foreign language courses, travel passport (which already lady has already had) etc. You know scammer will find ways to get money from victim once the scammer feels that victim is seized. 6-8 admirers usually make scammer profit about 7000.00 USD per year. (Just notify you that minimal salary in Ukraine is about 1200.00 USD / per year). This is the most frequent kind of fraud. This scam is made by professional scammers only.

Our German client impressions about this scam: “Every time you visit … you meet her, make her money gifts, flowers gifts through dating agency, pay IBM courses. Everything is perfect…. I’m far away from her and could not control her actions… She visited my country. My relatives, friends like her. She’s charming.…. I’m happy. Her mother is ill and needs money. Money is nothing when you fall in love and I grant money with pleasure… From time to time I had feeling that I was cheated but I got rid off this feeling. She’s angel and I accustomed to her. Finally I caught that I was used for money support and I was not the only person who was cheated. But it’s too late. Time is wasted, heart is broken, thousands Euro lost and after 2 years I have nothing.”
