Where can I find Chemical Resistant Gloves for women?

I deliver home heating oil and the gloves they have (for men) are way to big. The boss and I have been searching for a small size in chemical resistant gloves, with no luck. Anyone have any ideas? Regular gloves the diesel fuel soaks through and do not work. You end up with black stained hands that you have to use ajax to get off. Thanks ahead of time. Oh, I also tried using disposable gloves under my regular, no luck. You have to take them on/ off about 30+ times a day.

In the US, they're available in some supermarkets, and also in farm supply stores in the animal health departments. Locally (midwestern USA), Farm & Fleet and Fleet-Farm stores have them, as does Nasco (www.nasco.com).
