The Motorola Droid X

This is a truly mammoth handset, a giant amongst smartphones and one of only a few that can dare call itself an 'iPhone-killer'. Running Android 2.1 (Eclair - upgradeable to Froyo 2.2), it impresses with a 4.3-inch LCD that has a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Nice.

Like the Galaxy S, Motorola has managed to squeeze the latest technology into a chassis that's only 9.9mm thick. True, the Droid X weighs a little more (155g), but it definitely packs more in. The 8.0 MP camera, for example, features frills such as: autofocus, dual LED flash, mechanical shutter (1/1000 speed), image stablization, 16:9 image capture plus 720p HD video recording.

With a 1GHz processor, 40GB maximum memory and 8.0 hours of talktime, the Droid X strides across the mobile landscape like a colossus. It's a handset that's hard to beat for features and performance. How will the upgraded HTC Desire fare?

The HTC Desire HD

The HTC Desire HD is the new kid on the block, a bigger, smarter, beefier version of the original Desire and all the better for its new upgrades. Running Android 2.2 (Froyo) with HTC's slick Sense UI, it easily matches the Droid X's display with a 4.3-inch, 480 x 800 pixel touchscreen LCD of its own.

The Desire HD is a little fatter than its rivals here, measuring 11.8mm around its plastic waist. It's also the heaviest of the three phones, weighing a pocket-bulging 164g. You'll definitely notice that you're carrying it around.

But look at the technology that HTC has crammed in here - an 8.0 MP camera (with dual LED flash and HD video recording), a 1GHz processor and 33GB-worth of maximum memory. Battery life? A meaty 9.0 hours of talktime. Desirable? You bet.

Bakugan identification and authentication?

I really have two questions; sorry to lump them together.

1) Identification. I recently bought an Alpha Hydranoid, and I'm not sure if it is a Heavy Metal Alpha Hydranoid or a normal one (I bought it loose on ebay; and I've heard they made ones with a 'chrome' ring, but I don't know what that means). Here is some information that may help: It is 670G power, has a shiny ring around it's 'waist', the toy weighs 17 grams (on my kitchen scale ) and the ring does not appear to be magnetic.

2) Authentication. I've heard that authentic bakugan don't have G-power above 780G, but I've seen so many on ebay and bought some that have higher and they still have batch number (or whatever that number at the bottom is) and the raised copyright thing on them. Is it possible that the sellers just modified the G-power then, or are they possibly legitimate and authentic?

1) your alpha hydraniod is a heavy metal. heavy metal bakugan is always heavier than regular bakugan so 17grams is heavy. heavy metal also have a shiny ring around its waist.

2) its possible that it can have a power more than 780 like naga and drago but thats all i can tell u. sorry
