One of the most important things to consider when designing a bedroom is the bedroom color scheme. It has to look appealing and be congruent with the rest of the furniture in the room.

1. Interior Design for the Master Bedroom - Neutral Color

One thing to always keep in mind is that a bedroom is primarily used to sleep. Therefore, avoid using bright colors in your bedroom. This is especially true for the master bedroom. It will actually make the room look unappealing and uncomfortable. Instead select a color which will impart a sense of intimacy and serenity. This monochromatic scheme uses just one color but in varying tones. Textures and patterns are generally used to alleviate the potential negative of using this color scheme, namely boredom. A good way to go about it is to use three tints and shades of the same color throughout the room. A clever strategy is to use the deepest color near the floor and the lightest one on the ceiling. This creates the illusion of space.

3. Harmonious Color Scheme - Pleasing to the Eye

This scheme is very easy to create using balanced harmonious colors and it is also very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. A common way to go about it to pick three or four colors that all stem from the same primary color and the make the color scheme bolder by going for a deeper more intense shade.

4. Contrasting Color Scheme - A Daring Move

This color scheme is rare and is considered a more daring approach for the bedroom interior design. Complementary or contrasting colors lie opposite each other on the color wheel. These colors generally inject life into the scheme and thereby in the entire room. While it is an interesting and bold approach, people should be careful here. Contrasting colors have a tendency to make a huge impact and they might not be so easy to live with if not chosen carefully.

5. Warm and Cool Color Schemes - Bold and Soothing

These color schemes divide colors into two groups namely, warm and cool. Warm colors are bold, energetic and vivid in nature. If the main element or focus of your design needs to look more distinguished, try using warm colors such as red and yellow. Cool colors on the other hand are soothing and calm in nature. They tend to recode and therefore work perfectly if some elements of the design need to be in the background. Green and blue are good color choices when it comes to cool colors.

These are just a few of the many color schemes available today that people use to add beauty to the interior design of their rooms. Colors have a great impact on our mood and while it is generally a matter of personal preference, consideration must be given to the mood a certain room would depict when deciding for a color scheme. Using Negative Calorie Foods As Part Of Your Diet

Negative calorie foods are really a misnomer. It isn't possible for a food that you eat to have a negative number of calories, that's just plain impossible. What people really mean when they call something a negative calorie food is that you burn more calories eating it than the food gives you. So, on balance, you have "eaten" a negative number of calories because you've eaten, say, 20 calories and used, say, 30 calories eating it. Net result: 10 negative calories eaten.

So what sort of foods are negative calorie ones? Are they all boring foods that you wouldn't want to eat anyway?

For some of them, the answer is probably yes. You can't imagine anyone (rabbits excepted) wanting to eat a large plate of lettuce and nothing else.

But there are plenty of other negative calorie foods that might start to get you excited.

Would you like to eat a nice juicy apple? That's fine as it counts as negative calorie.

Fancy a plate of strawberries? Again, no problem. At least not until you start salivating at the thought of adding cream. But fresh strawberries with no sugar and no cream count as negative calorie. If you're on a low carb diet, they score fine for that as well.

Quite a few other fruits count as negative calorie, so you don't have to force yourself to just eat apples and strawberries. Pineapple is fine as well. So are cantaloupe melons, blackberries, raspberries and cranberries.

Just think, you could make yourself a delicious fresh fruit salad and still be on your way to losing those extra pounds.

On the veggie side, take a look at carrots. Nibbled raw they are tasty and you won't consume any extra calories. Add in some tomatoes and peppers for a colorful and tasty side salad.

no. Of coutse not at that age as long as he's not full of hate which would only be posible if he was tought that in the house or in a nursery/pre school there is abolutely nothing wrong with that.
Just educate him that in the US multi culturism is unique and good. Thats it.
