How can I display the latest date of payment in a Pivot Table?

I have a pivot table based on following columns; date, dealer name, particulars, qty., rate, debit, credit. I want to display the last date of payment and paid amount for aging of accounts
Look, I have a pivot table, its source data consists of following column:
Date(of delivery)
Customer
Particulars
Qty
Rate
Debit Amount
Credit Amount
I want to create an aging of Accounts based on the latest date of delivery (our customers don't pay us invoice to invoice amount, but they pay only a fraction) For example if we have sold them a product in 125000, they might pay only 50000 and remaining is credit. I want the aging of accounts in a way that the payments made by the customer should be treated against any bigger invoice amount. Say we sold an item on 25-Apr.2007 in 125000, they paid 50000, then paid 25000, then 25000, then we sold another item on 07 June,2007in 50000, now total debit is 175000 and total credit is 100000. So aging of accounts must start from 25-Apr.
