turning a roll of film into a negative to be scanned?

hi i was wondering if it would be possible for me to turn my film into a negative then scan them and turn them into a regular picture and if so how would i do this. See i dont have a enlarger and dont have the money to buy one and i really dont want to have my film developed at a store.
