It depends which game.

Games with more polygons on screen with more action at the same time will have lower FPS which is actually HIGH.

Games with less things going off on screen with have higher FPS which is extremely HIGH.

At the end of the day, if your TV can only display 60hz framerate which is 60 frames per second, you'll only get that max anyway.

Nobody can answer this question with anything more than i've already said honestly.
