It is natural that when we see a guy with a huge torso, muscular biceps but with skinny limbs, we say that he is out of shape. No matter how hard one tries to hide his skinny limbs inside his jeans, they get revealed sooner or later. I would say that if you crave for a muscular and well built physic but fail to work out for enhancing your thigh and leg muscles then you are not smart enough for intense gymming!
In this discussion, some easy leg exercises are given and following thoroughly would definitely give good results.
Squats are good for you starting days.
Stand with your legs bent and with toes in front. Take a barbell supported across the shoulders behind your neck and bend your knees sinking into a knees bend position. Following this, return to the upright and inhale deeply just before you bend your knees and exhale as you come to the up. Fill your lungs a few times with air before repeating again. Keep your back as flat as possible. If you feel weak then do not squat too deeply. Do not lift your heels as they must remain on the ground at all times.
Next, go to back lift. Stand in front of a barbell. Then bend your knees keeping your back as flat as possible. Slightly incline your body in the forward direction and take hold of the bar knuckles. Using your back and your legs, just lift the bar off the floor and try to get back straight upright. Repeat. Always inhale while lifting and exhale on lowering the barbell.
You can also try the straddle lift. This exercise is very effective for your thigh and back muscles. First, take a barbell in between your legs keeping your feet fifteen inches apart. Hold the bar with one hand in front of your thighs and one to your back. Then slowly bend your knees while keeping your back as flat as possible and lift the bar from the floor by using your back muscles.
Coming to advanced thigh exercises, the single leg squat with a dumbbell is popular among many body builders. Hold a dumbbell in one hand supporting you with the free hand on a wall or against a chair. Attempt a single leg squat by holding the dumbbell on the side which is to be exercised. This exercise can also be done by standing on a chair and supporting yourself on the back of that chair with the other hand.
The sitting thigh extension exercise is a challenging one. For this, you need to sit on a table or chair, straightening your alternate knee simultaneously by flexing your quadriceps muscles. This particular exercise helps in strengthening your knee joints and it is particularly done by sprinters and footballers. If you want to concentrate on building your legs from the beginning then you have to add some extra weights.
With a very small alteration, the squat exercise discussed above can also be done with a weight held by you with a narrow grip in front of your chest. Performing this exercise builds your thigh muscles.
If you want to do a standing back curl then all you have to do is to stand with support and by adding some weight on the boot, you have to bend your leg backwards from the direction of the knee by contracting your calf muscle. This is an excellent exercise. Try this with each of your leg.
These exercises are the best of the lot and this is a guarantee that doing them perfectly would bring your thigh muscles into a good shape and also bar any injury, cramp or pain due to sudden muscle contraction occurring in your legs. Remember that a great physic comprises of muscular upper body and healthy legs. If any one of the later is absent, then the former remains incomplete.

Carbon fibre is the lightest of all, but is also the most expensive. When you are not sure exactly what parts you are going to use out of your body kit, paying top dollar seems a waste. How much better it is to go for the fibreglass that is light, relatively cheap and can be repaired into the bargain.

How much for work on the front end (collision/body work) of a toyota 1991 camry? ?
I know that you don't know the damage and that it's an estimate but I just need smoe kind of idea! Today my car couldn't stop on the ice and I rear ended this poor lady. We are both fine but the hood on my car is completely busted up, both front lights are busted, and my fender is all smashed. Drives fine though....

Well it is a Toyota and parts for Toyota's are way over priced. That said the head lights are about $350 each, hood would be like $800 for a new one from Toyota (maybe more) fender is around $450-$500, you never mentioned the bumper? Anyways I'm thinking using new parts by the time it is all painted up it will cost around $3000 give or take, that is assuming there are some things that you didn't mention like hood latch and hinges...if the grill and bumper are shot I would say add at least $1000 to that. Myself I would try to find all the parts used and you can save a lot!
