Here are some more information for Good Condition:

Anyone who owns a car should also own a tire pressure gauge. Tire pressure gauges are used to measure the air pressure that is in each tire. It is useful for any type of tires from bicycles all the way to pickup trucks.
Pressure gauges come in different styles. The one most people have has a ball at one end and a long pencil like form with a slide that pops out when checking air pressure. The ball like area is a piston that fills with air from the tire when inserted into the tire valve. When measuring it pops the slide out and you can see how much pressure is inside the tire. You can also get the type that has a dial that looks somewhat like a clock. There are also digital pressure gauges where the number is shown on a screen.
Pressure gauges are relatively easy to use. On the side of the tire near the hub cap you will find a stem or a valve. There is usually a small cover that just twists off. Remove the cap and insert the gauge pressing in firmly. You will hear a small escape of air and you can remove the gauge and see what the pressure is. It is advisable to check the tires before the vehicle has been running. This will give you a more accurate reading.
Not every tire takes the same amount of pressure. It often depends on the tire size and how heavy the vehicle is. You can find requirements on a sticker that is usually yellow in color and placed in the door jam of the car door on the side of the driver. Sometimes pressure requirements are printed right on the tire on the side wall. Other places manufacturers hide the sticker is under the door for the fueling area and in the glove compartment. PSI is the increment in which air pressure is measured. It means pounds per square inch. Most car tires take about 30 to 40 pounds each tire.
If tires are under inflated you use much more fuel than if they were filled correctly. If they are over filled you run the risk of having a blow out. In the winter it is often a practice to slightly under inflate tires so that when in contact with winter elements they will stop better. It is questionable as to whether this actually works or not.
Keep your gauge in a dry and cool place. The glove box is a good place to keep it so it is handy. Never drop a gauge because this can damage the measuring mechanism and you will no longer get a good reading. In general a tire gauge is not in need of calibration so their readings are only close to accurate. There are those that can be calibrated but they cost a lot more money.
Air pressure should be checked in tires on a regular basis because tires loose a little bit of pressure every day they are used. In winter, because of lower outdoor temperatures and because of pot holes in the road, air pressure can diminish anywhere from 1 to 2 pounds of pressure per month. When it is hot outside they go down more. Some people check tires with a gauge every time they fuel up the car. That might be a little too much checking. Suffice it to say that checking every three to four weeks will keep your tires in tip top condition and at the correct tire pressure.
You can find tire pressure gauges at any dollar store for just one dollar. The digital style costs more at about $25. These are necessary for saving money on gasoline and for keeping tires good longer. Gauges do not do any good if they stay in the glove compartment so check your tires every once in a while and when you do always replace the valve cap when you are done adding air.

Keep Your Saab Brakes in Good Condition
Keeping your Saab's brakes in good working order is a vital part of keeping your car healthy and running right. Brake systems for import cars like the Saab are build with minimal thickness in order to save weight, but this unfortunately means that the brake rotors much be replaced rather than simply turned. The second most common cause for failure is overheating or warping from heat, as brake rotors in import cars like the Saab are much more sensitive to overheating.
Here is some information that you absolutely need to know to save money on your Saab brake repairs -
- Visually inspect the condition of your Saab's breaks at least once in a six month period. Keep an eye out for all of the following things.
The Brake Rotors or Discs, pads and drums should be regularly inspected for defects or discoloration. Discoloration may indicate damage from heat, or warping, and defects like cracking, breakage, uneven wear or grooves mean you need to replace the part immediately. Replace your brake drums, rotors and pads immediately if any defects are found. If your Saab has sensors that warn that the pads are worn, replace them as well. The Brake shoes should be evenly worn, and there should be no protruding rivets.
When you are inspecting the brakes, you need to check the wheel cylinders, the hoses, the calipers and the fittings for any chance of leaking hydraulic fluid. You should also check the master cylinder, the reservoir and the proportioning valve assemblies, replacing or rebuilding any faulty equipment as it is needed. If your brake pedal has gotten lower under your foot, you need to look into it, because there are a number of causes for this.
There are a number of sounds that you need to listen for, including squeaking, rhythmic noises, constant braking noises, and so on. As soon as you notice a problem of any type, you should take it in to be repaired immediately. If you delay the repair of your brakes, you may find it to be extremely dangerous.
Even if you do manage to avoid physical harm, if you delay when it comes to repairing brake problems, you can still significantly increase the costs associated with doing so. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
- Keep your brakes clean by washing them when you wash your car. This will keep dirt and dust off the pads, and also keeps the brakes easier to work on.
- Aim to keep the hydraulic reservoir at its proper level, using the fluid type that Saab recommends. You should never substitute the fluid or mix types.
- When it comes to brake problems, there are no quick fixes or shortcuts. They either function as they are meant to, or they do not. It is important that you know and understand your brake system so that you will know what to do when something goes wrong.
- Keep track of your repair information in a log and keep track of services, receipts and warranties.
- Most noises are related to your Saab's pads, but sensors and rotors should also be replaced when your pads are replaced.

How can i keep my tennis racquet in good condition?
Its a really expensive one and I got it recently. But the bumber cracked. Is there a way to put it back together ( although its a small crack I want to keep it in good condition)?
If you want to keep your racquet in good condition then make sure you never throw it or intentionally hit it on the ground from anger. If you want to be really safe with it then get a tennis bag and this will allow you to put yo;ur racquets inside and all the little other things you carry around with you to.I too just recently broke the plastic head on the top of my racquet and believe it or not most sports stores that do restringing can change the plastic for a small fee.If you want to get the plastic changed I would wait until you break your strings then go and get it changed because it is easier for them and the only way they can replace it i s if the strings are all out.
