Flash Bracket, how do I avoid the cord from getting on my way?

I have a Nikon D80 with battery grip, and a Nikon SB-800 flash. I just bought a nice bracket from Custom Brackets, I like it a lot, problem is the cord that goes from the camera to the flash keeps getting on my way when i'm holding the lens. Is there any option to go "cordless"?
