Airsoft experts I need help choosing sniper guns?

I really don't know much sniper guns but my friend is looking for one and i don't know what brand and gun i would recommend for him. Can someone help me to suggest a good sniper gun for him? And he can afford $500 so anything below would be great with at least good quality, guaranteed satisfaction and of course good performance.

For $500 you have a lot of options.

My first recommendation would be the ARES AW 338. It comes with a scope and bipod so your ready to shoot right out of the box. It shoots at over 500 fps and is very accurate. ARES also makes really nice quality guns that have no plastic externals or internals. its out of stock at airsoftgi.com but it shouldn't be for very long. It is on sale right now at airsoftgi.com for $499.

The next gun I would recommend would be the Tananka L96. it does not come with a scope or a bipod and it needs green gas, but its a heavy hitter. It shoots at 550 fps and is accurate to 250 feet. Tananka makes some good guns and this one is very nice. It is at airsoftgi.com for $495.

The last one is the A&K Dragunov. It is sufficiently cheaper than the other guns I recommended but is not much lower in quality. It shoots at 475 fps out of the box and is spring operated. it doesn't come with a scope or bipod but it does have steel sights. Its made out of nylon polymer but all the internals are metal as well as the barrel, bolt, sights and magazine. My friend owns it and it is a very nice rifle. Its for sale at evike.com for $150.
