Is it the coffee or the half & half that is causing my raging case of the "trots"?

In the morning I drink two large 16oz. mugs of coffee while watching the CNN news. Lately, I've been enjoying a dash of half and half cream in it. Now I've got this massive case of the hershey squirts. Should I lay off the coffee, or just the better cream?

Trust me...it's most inconvenient in polite societal situations!
