Here are some more information for Hasselblad Flash:

If you're a professional photographer (or you have a fanatical photography hobby), then you know that Hasselblad digital cameras are expensive. (Expensive = the price of a nice car!) So, are they worth such a high price?
Well, from the research I've done, I found a few things about these cameras:
- If you have a camera from 10 years ago, you can still use a newer lens with an adapter. Because Hassys are made of such high quality, and because of the versatility and flexibility, you really only need to buy one camera, and it can last for a very long time.
- NASA took a Hassy to the moon. And you have to have a really good camera in order for NASA to use it!
- With these digital cameras, the shutter is in the lens. That means that you can synch the flash at an amazing 1/500 of a second.
These are just a few of the advantages that Hasselblad digital cameras have to offer. And here's the thing. All of these examples focus on the quality of the camera. And quality is extremely important. But, from the reviews I've read, there's a more important factor.
Hassy cameras will do something incredible to a your photography. It will completely take you to another level. It will inspire you to greatness. When you put a Hassy in your hand, it becomes an extension of you, and an extension of your creative vision. And that's worth much more than the camera itself.
But as far as money goes, are Hasselblad digital cameras worth the high price? Well, according to the reviews that I read, they are worth every single cent.
Leica S2 37 Megapixel Shooter
Leica has once again revolutionized the world of photography with a digital S-System that's perfect for professional use.
The Leica S2, with its premium AF objectives including everything from ultra wide to super telephoto, is an absolute photographic highlight. The digital SLR camera has a special new sensor with 30 x 45 mm and 37.5 megapixels. The S2's metal body is appreciably smaller and easier to carry than similar models from other camera brands, and yet it's also nearly twice as fast thanks to ultra modern processor technology.
With the S2, Leica has created an entirely new class of camera – technically innovative but incredibly flexible thanks to a wide selection of accessories. It's a must for every professional photographer who is looking to upgrade from standard 35mm SLR systems.
Leica has announced a brand-new digital photographic system. The first camera in the new S-system, theLeica S2 S-2 37-megapixel Leica S2, is aimed at the top-end professional photographer shooting advertising, fashion and other commercial work. Its sensor is 56% larger than those used in 35mm full-frame DSLRs.
The Leica S2 was due to be announced at the Photokina trade show the week of 22 September, but Professional Photographer was able to preview a prototype at an exclusive briefing in London.
"We realised that many professionals work with medium format but also keep another camera – a Canon or a Nikon – for location work," said Leica UK's David Bell. "We wanted to make something to occupy that middle ground -- a camera that would give the quality of medium format and the handling and flexibility of 35mm."
From Pro's experience with Leica's prototype S2, we'd say the camera sits roughly between Canon's EOS 5D and EOS 1Ds MkIII in terms of size, and feels very ergonomic.
Leica product manager Maike Harberts said the S2 would be very much a tool for a professional photographer. "We have a stunning line-up of nine lenses in the S-system. Some will have leaf shutters to enable flash sync at fast shutter speeds, other will be smaller and rely on the S2's built-in focal plane shutter," she said. "We expect the S2 to be able to perform twice as fast as Hasselblad H-series cameras and put in a better performance at high ISOs too."
Harberts also said the technology from the S2 would trickle down to other yet-to-be-announced Leica digital cameras.
new S2 digital camera that is able to capture images in 37 megapixel glory, despite being relatively small in size. The whole idea of the S2 is to provide "the quality of medium format and the handling and flexibility of 35mm." According to Leica, its S2 is able to perform twice as fast as the Gasselblad H-series cameras, atlhough I don't have any benchmarks to prove that statement right, I'll take their claims as gospel for the moment.

Is it possible to sync a Hasselblad 500C/M with a flash in the studio?
Is there any cable or anything I could use to synchronize the shutter of my Hasselblad 500C/M with the flashes in my college studio? Thanks
Here is a manual for your camera http://www.urmonas.net/manuals/500cm/500cm.html
You should have no problem using a sync cord with that camera.
