Here are some more information for Instant Photo:

You all must remember the nostalgic days of the instant color film camera. Just push the button and the camera would instantly produce the picture, though it did take it a few minutes to develop it. Ever since the inception and popularity of digital cameras, the Polaroid cameras have seen a huge decline in their popularity. The people who loved the camera would still love it of course but the problem is that in the age of the digital camera, using an old Polaroid instant film camera isn't feasible.
However, Polaroid thinks otherwise. They have made a daring move recently and have made a comeback into the market with one of their instant film cameras, the Polaroid 300. Yes it is a daring move but it will surely help them go a long way in terms of brand revival. They might well have taken a huge risk by disturbing the digital camera market. Digital cameras are the order of the day and have become a household item. In fact with high resolution cameras also easily available in a mobile phone, instant film cameras do not seem to be making a comeback. You can easily carry a high quality mobile phone camera since it is a part of your mobile but carrying around a separate camera might not be preferred, especially by the younger generation who seem to have all the latest technology in the world at their disposal.
The model they have announced is the Polaroid 300 camera featuring the Polaroid instant color film. This model is available in as low as $89.99 for the camera, with an additional charge of $9.99 for each package of instant films. Each package of course contains 10 instant films. The camera is available in stylish colors that include black and blue. If you want to buy this one, these are available at Bloomingdales and J&R.
An issue with this new model is that the photos are smaller than they used to be with Polaroid cameras. They are now 2.1 x 3.4 inches. This might seem to be a drawback for people who used the old camera but for the new generation that might never have used instant film camera before; size will make no difference. In fact they might be so amused by the instant photo technology that they won't bother worrying about the size of the photos.
Let us now take a look at the package Polaroid is offering. Apart from the package of instant color films that I mentioned earlier, each Polaroid 300 comes with a set of four AA batteries, one rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a wrist strap. We will have to wait and see if the camera makes any impact on the public but for now, "Instant is back!"

Recover Your Lost Photos, Preserve Your Precious Memories!
Memories Fade, But Photographs Don't
Memories are nothing but remembrances of times gone by. They are preserved and kept forever through pictures. Special events which have long been gone can always be remembered through these photos. Therefore, it is rightly said, "Memories fade, but photographs don't." Since these memories are priceless, the photographs associated with them are like an asset. However, there are circumstances which could render the photos inaccessible from your digital camera. But now with the availability of a photo recovery software, you need not fret over the deleted photos.
Any digital camera would make use of plethora of memory cards available to store pictures, and a trivial error in the card could lead to photo deletion. Photo loss can also occur if you accidentally format the card or delete the pictures. An instant photo recovery can save you from trauma as the utility will recover lost photos in simple steps.
You must be wondering that how can a deleted photo be recovered when it no more exists. Photos are stored on the memory card as files on the hard disk. If a photo gets deleted, it becomes invisible and the card marks the space free. The content of the deleted photo remains intact until the space occupied by it gets overwritten.
Common photo loss situations:
a) switching off the camera in an improper way
b) virus infected memory card
c) camera read/write failure
d) power spikes
e) formatting the card accidentally
f) pulling out the memory card while the camera is still on, and many others
Once corruption occurs in memory card or there is a data loss, you must stop working on it as doing so may result in overwriting of data and hence chances of photo recovery are reduced to a large extent. You can fix your memory card by reformatting it but don't forget to extract the photos with the help of any third-party photo recovery software. It is also recommended to maintain a regular update of your photographs.
A good photo recovery tool employs scanning algorithms to recover photos in a short span of time. You can download the free version of Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery from the Internet and get a preview of the recoverable data. It is capable of recovering all photo formats including JPEG, RAW, PNG, TIF, GIF etc. It supports recovery from deleted/formatted storage media like memory cards, memory sticks, iPod, digital cameras, hard drives based on Windows/Mac OS, CD, DVD, USB drive and may other removable media.

Kodak Instant Photos Machine - How long to they take and how much does it cost?
Hi,
Just wondering how long it would take to do 42 half-megapixel photos, and how much it would cost using one of those Kodak instant photo machines.
Thanks.
Regards.
Well, its instant so only as long as it would take to print each photo. Probably about 5-10 minutes total. As to how much, that depends. I don't know if walmart has changed their price but it used to be 28 cents per print so that would be about $12 and then another $1 for sales tax totalling about $13. I would doubt they have raised the price by much so I wouldn't expect it to be more than $15.
If you were willing to do the 2 day prints it would only cost about half as much.
