 GREAT ITEM by Chris Homer on 06/18/2009: If you've ever turned your phone off and realised, hours later usualy,you have forgotten to turn it back on (and of course, EVERYBODY would have had a reason or need to contact you just when you had forgotten to turn ya mobile back on.),or your in a profession that requiers mobiles to be off around or in buildings,in planes or just don't want to be disturbed,then this little baggie is for you.Some of the bigger mobiles(Nokia N95 size or bigger) may have trouble fitting in the bag if they have a cover on them.Haven't had an oppertunity or reason to try it out on cards yet,but I see no reason why it shouldn't be just as effective with a card as it is with a mobile phone .If you were in an enviroment where your card(s) could possibly be read (without you knowing),this bag could save you BIG $'s.[Must have a search and see if anyone makes same thing in bigger versions].Depending on shipping and who you buy from,and I highly recomend checking out 'CHINAVASION Wholesale Electronics site, you could buy it for under $20AUD.Good value

 Like a Lead wall! by Dave on 01/23/2008: I have not tried this product, but from the description, it seems like a faraday cage, this will also protect from identity theft and card information being stolen (new credit cards that contain RFID tags, like speedpass keychain things at speedway. some people go around town with small RFID tag readers and scan wallets and purses.) if this is built on the faraday cage concept, it will block ANY radio wave, like a lead wall. if i had the money, or anything to guard with this, i would buy this in a heartbeat! references- faraday cage- mythbusters episode. what would u buy at an anime convention?

I'm thinking of becoming a vendor and selling my art... I already have

plushies, buttons, bags, posters, toys, costumes, keychain, phone dangles, original manga, and stickers.... any other suggestions of what you would buy at an anime convention?

I tend to seek out the vendor with bins of old and overstock comics. I don't expect to find any rare issues, but I get a lot of old favorites of some of the less popular brands, and even some of the more "kiddie" titles that I can chuckle over, all for a pretty low price, considering.

Also, some vendors sell used science fiction paperbacks and I can usually find something I like.

For me, most of the crafts vendors offer pretty things to look at and comment on, but I'm not in the market for any of that unless I see something that might make a good gift. One of my daughters and her husband are big fantasy fans, so, if I see an interesting dragon, or fairy tale snow globe, I might pick it up.

Oh, I've bought calendars at a few conventions, but only if they occur at the right time. For example, if I were to see a nice looking 2010 calendar, I would definetly be interested.
