Here are some more information for Leica Gold:

I have always been a fan of Canon cameras but for some strange reason, Canon hasn't been making many cameras with high zooms. After some research, I have decided to get myself the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28K 10MP digital camera that has a powerful 18x optical zoom. I have been testing this model for a couple of weeks now and here is a quick review of it.
One of my favorite features of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28K 10MP digital camera is its beautiful 27mm Leica wide-angle lens. With this huge lens, you can capture way more in a single frame, without the need to back up of drive to a further vantage point.
I am an avid bird-watcher and often need a camera with high zoom to take snap shots of birds from a distance. The 18X optical zoom works like a charm. It also has a AF tracking functions that helps you take clear shots of moving objects. The AF function tracks the moving objects automatically to constantly keep it in focus.
The design of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28K 10MP digital camera is also surprisingly good. Like all high performance cameras, it is a little on the bulky side but surprisingly light. It feels pretty good on my grip and seems to be pretty sturdy.
This new model comes with a variety of new features. It is powered by the Venus Engine IV that enables the capture of up to 13 shots per second. It also can take pictures under poor lighting conditions (without the use of flesh) with the ISO 6500 mode. Another cool feature of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28K 10MP digital camera is that it can record high definition videos at 30 frames per second.

Canon VIXIA HF R100 Dual Flash Memory Camcorder 2010
The Canon VIXIA HF R100 is one of the latest HD Camcorders released by Canon in 2010. It has no moving mechanical parts other than the lens zoom mechanism, as it records directly to high capacity SD/HC memory cards, therefore allowing the battery to last longer between charges, and allows the HF R100 camcorder to be ultra-sleek, compact at 2.4 x 2.5 x 4.9 inches and lightweight at just 9.5 ounces for easy portability.
Having no moving parts also lets the Canon VIXIA HF R100 start recording video faster and allows quicker access to your recordings. Recording to only a memory card allows the camcorder to be more shock resistant and minimizes the chances of data loss if dropped accidentally.

Panasonic HDC-TM700K Hi-Def Camcorder 2010
Here it is a last, the Flagship HD Camcorder from Panasonic which everyone has been excited about, yet was slow to sell at first. Maybe it was disbelief at the amazing features on offer. Now that it's starting to sell, it's flying off the shelves as the 5 star written and video reviews start pouring in.
But, as with every camcorder, the HDC-TM700 is not without it's faults, so let's cut to the chase and deal with the shortcomings first, of which there are only two, those being the audio noise from the cooling fan, and the second one is the inability to edit in full 1920x1080p mode, but can this really be called a fault in the TM700? I think not!
Now we can maybe concentrate on the many positives of the TM700:
Great in low light thanks to the fast F1.5-F2.8 Leica Dicomar High-performance Lens with a 46mm diameter filter.
3x CMOS Optical Sensors of ¼ inch each.
Optical Image stability excellent in Active Mode for hand held shots.
60 Progressive Recording Produce All-New Color-Bright Image Quality.
Capture Crisp, Clear Images Even in Dim Lighting.
Built-in Memory/SD Card Twin Memory Full-HD Camcorder
High-density, ultra-smooth images
1080/60p Recording (Full-HD 1920 x 1080, 60 Progressive Recording)
35mm Wide-Angle Lens, especially handy when you want to take a group photo in a small room.
12x optical zoom and 18x Intelligent Zoom.
Digital photo mode.
Memory Cards: SD, SDHC, SDXC.
Video Output: A/V, mini-HDMI, component.
3inch LCD screen.
5-1 surround sound microphone.
Microphone and headphones jacks.
Accessories shoe.
There are many more features to commend in the Panasonic HDC-TM700 HD Camcorder, so read some more and I'm sure you will be convinced that this is the future of high end consumer cams. There is no such thing as the perfect camcorder to my mind, and never will be, so grab the Best HD Camcorder available right now for about 800 bucks before the price rises, as it surely must.

I like the look of the first one more. But, I like the price of second one more! =)
well, both cameras are very fashionable, the silver has 4 megapixels and the gold has 5, and is a good think for most people who just wants to point and shoot, also, the size is gread, so pocketable which makes it a good choice... just dont expect either to rival any premium compacts that are available today
