Medium Format Camera With F-mount Lens?
Hi!
I'm an amateur photographer who has been shooting 35 for a few months now. I inherited a Nikon F3 with 4 primes, and wanted to find a medium format camera with an f-mount. I looked online for a MF nikon camera, but couldn't find any.
Is there a lens adapter I can get to use my primes on a Mamiya or Pentax MF camera?
That won't work. The 35 mm cameras are design to cover just the area of 35mm film. Outside that area, the image would be very dark (almost black) . It cost A LOT MORE $$$ to design and make MF lens that can cover MF film. That is why NONE of the 35mm lens can cover MF film area.
I own many Nikon and 1 Mamiya.
Good Luck...
