Can I use this photo id for identification even after it is expired?

I have to give my photo id to employer just to validate that I will be taking tests from my home with webcam and not anybody else. They have never seen me. I have old college id card which is not valid anymore. I don't want to give them license or passport copy because it has my signature. What do you think should I give my expired id as form of identification?

You need to verify with them what is acceptable forms of ID. I think it is unlikely they will accept an expired college ID; most companies require valid driver's license or passport
