You can always try to buy one online and do it yourself, but if you don’t have any experience with electronics, this can be difficult to do.

The best way to replace a broken laptop screen is to find a local laptop repair company to do it for you.  Why use a local laptop repair shop?  The best reason to use a local shop is that their prices will be up to 70% cheaper than the manufacture. They can charge these lower prices because they have a much lower overhead than the big manufacturer’s service centers.  Additionally, it is assumed that the manufacturers intentionally price replacement laptop screens high to try to influence customers to purchase a new laptop instead of replacing the screen. Do they make a replacement screen for the iPod Touch?

Mine is cracked and I was wondering if they made replacements for them and if so where could I get one?

You can get one from Apple. Take it to an Apple store or send it in to Apple and they will replace it. If it cracked because you dropped or something, though, it won't be under warranty and won't be cheap to fix.
