I moved my condenser unit around the corner of my house, and ran the refrigerant (with rubber insulation), electrical, and other associated a/c lines along the ground against the foundation. In a week, a company is coming to pour concrete and put p-gravel there, so it will all end up buried in concrete. Is it safe to have all this stuff running through concrete? The #8 AWG wire is running with the rest of it, but its all wire tied together.

Under no circumstances, should the copper lineset for the a/c come in contact with anything except plastic,rubber, other copper, or brass. Other materials, especially masonry, will RAPIDLY expedite the corrosion process of the copper. The lineset needs to be ran in what we call a "soil pipe", which is nothing more than a 4" pvc pipe, with a 45-degree elbow at each end, where you turn into, and back out of the ground (or in your case, the slab).
