Severe vignetting is a mark especially of Holgas, but to a lesser degree the Diana. Both of them have fixed lenses; Holgas have a 60mm (slightly wide-angle) versus the 75mm lens on the Diana.

And though they're both called toy cameras, they can be tougher to use than pro gear - don't be afraid of failure, because everything can and will go wrong.

There's no best of any of 'em, though - if you're looking for the severely vignetted look, pick a Holga or a Diana; the others will produce other, specific looks unique to the camera. You'll ultimately decide what you want to do with the camera, and that's the important decision.
