Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and their Manufacturing Process

An Austrian engineer named Paul Eisler was the inventor of printed circuit boards. He made his first PCB in the 1930’s. He completed his graduation from Vienna University in 1930. The company named Camberwell lithography offered him a contract. The contract gave the privilege to his idea away to the company. Finally, his invention was noticed by the US military and then they integrate this technology into bomb detonators to counter German improvement in the field.

How can I reverse corrosion in a circuit board that was caused by water damage?
The circuit board has white stuff on it. I found out that its a sign of corrosion. So how can I reverse this?
You can stop further corrosion by cleaning it using 90% isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush, but you won't be able to reverse it.
