I have a Kenmore #158 13400 sewing machine. How do I put the tension knobs and parts back?
As a sewing machine tech I can tell you you would be better off just finding an old junky Kenmore and stealing the complete tensioner off of it and replacing it. If you can't remember how you took it apart. (small screw inside needlebar door). Or just have a local sewing machine dealer get you one. They are inexpensive.
