Here are some more information for Time Zero:

The concept of zero defects as explained and initiated by Philip Crosby is a business system that aims at reducing the defects in a process, and doing the process correctly the first time itself.
The Concept of Zero Defects
When would a product be acceptable to a customer? It would be acceptable when it meets or conforms to the requirements of the customer - it is not just about being good. In short, when a product is built to specifications without any drawbacks, then it is an acceptable product. In terms of defects, a product will be acceptable when it is free of defects.
When considering the concept of zero defects, one might want to know what that zero defect level is, if acceptable levels can be achieved for a product.
Attaining perfect zero defects may not be possible, and there is always a chance of some errors or defect occurring. Zero defects means reaching a level of infinity sigma - which is nearly impossible. In terms of Six Sigma, zero defects would mean maximization of profitability and improvement in quality.
A process has to be in place that allows for the achievement of zero defects. Unless conditions are perfect, the objective of zero defects is not possible. It is possible to measure non-conformance in terms of waste. Unless the customer requirements are clear, you will not be able to achieve the product that matches these requirements and is not short of them or exceeds them.
Advantages
The advantage of achieving a zero defect level is waste reduction. When time is spent on manufacturing quality goods and services according to customer requirements, it will also lead to cost reductions.
By conforming to requirements, customer satisfaction is achieved - and that means improvement in customer loyalty and retention and an increase in profitability.
Possible Drawback of Pushing For Zero Defects
Some experts argue that if there is an overemphasis on efforts to create a situation of zero defects, there may be an increased allotment of time and expense on building the perfect process, which in reality is not entirely possible. It may be detraction from the realistic culture of successful continuous improvement.
In the same line of thought, if for zero defect there are tests and checkpoints at various places, it will result in an increase in the costs on these activities. There is also a probability of losing a good product due to overly strict criteria.
Impact on the Workforce and Supply Chain
Employees are aware of the need to reduce defects, and they strive to achieve continual improvement. However, over-emphasis of zero defects levels may be demoralizing, and may even lead to non-productivity. Unless a level of zero defects is achieved, it would be regarded as an unacceptable level.
When the zero defect rule is applied to suppliers and any minor defects are said to be unacceptable, then the company's supply chain may be jeopardized - which in itself is not the best business scenario.
It may be acceptable to have a policy of continuous improvement rather than a zero defect one. Companies may be able to achieve decent reduction in costs and improved customer satisfaction levels to achieve a bigger market share.

First Time Homebuyer? Give Me a Break! (a Tax Break Please)
If you are (or will be) a first time homebuyer purchasing a home between April 9, 2008 and June 30, 2009, you may be eligible to receive a tax credit. Good news, right? This tax credit is kind of like a fifteen year, zero interest loan. Not a bad deal, huh?
The tax credit you can claim is equal to the lesser of $7,500 or 10% of the price of the home. So if you buy a $65,000 home, you can claim $6500. But, if you buy a $85,000 home, you can only claim $7,500. The main catch is you have to pay the credit back to Uncle Sam over the next 15 years. However, it’s interest free. You start doing so the second tax year following your home purchase, so you have a little breather before you start. If you sell your home before you’ve settled your debt, you have to pay it back upon sale. But you won’t owe the full amount of the outstanding credit due if your gain from the sale of your house is less than what you owe.
You have to qualify for the benefit, naturally. And the amount for which you can qualify varies. You have to be a first time homebuyer, as mentioned above (and that includes your spouse if you’re both on the loan) who has had no ownership interest in a principal residence for the past three years (date of your home purchase). You see, in the mortgage world, if you haven’t had a mortgage within this time frame, the fact that you owned and sold a home five years ago doesn’t count. Mortgage Lenders and underwriters want more recent history.
The tax break will not apply to you if you obtained a THDA (Tennessee Housing Development Agency) loan because the thought process is you’re already ahead from receiving benefit of use of proceeds from a tax-exempt revenue bond. In other words, the government’s already given you a deal. No double dipping allowed. You also can’t be a non-resident alien, and you have to keep your home for at least a year to claim this particular tax benefit. So, if you’re transferred and have to sell your home in six months, you’re out of luck.
There is an income cap that must be met for qualifiers. If you’re single, the benefits available start to dwindle if you earn more than $75,000 per year, or $150,000 for joint filers. It’s unavailable completely if you earn $95,000 individually or $170,000 jointly.
So is this deal a good one for you? How could you take advantage of it? Well, again, look at it as an interest free loan. You can put some nice appliances in a kitchen, finish out a basement or do some landscaping for this type of money. So, it can work to your advantage. But make sure you qualify before attempting to take this credit. It’s not the type of thing you want to make a mistake about because filing your taxes is serious business. And if you do qualify and it makes sense for you, spend your money wisely. The ultimate goal is to get this economy moving, so if enough people can take advantage of it, it just may work. It’s worth a try, right?

my mercury capri xr2 boost gauge reads zero all the time, but turbo seems to be working?
It had recent turbocharger replacement, and there is a whistling which sounds like sirens following me when I drive; Can an air leak cause both problems? Is the gauge mechanical or electronic, and should I hook up an aftermarket mechanical gauge to verify boost or is there a way I can check to see if the stock gauge is working? thanks gang!
you probably have a broken vacuum line, check them all closely, not all turbos use a blow-off valve
