Goals are important in everything that we do. Too often it is easier to fly by the seat of our pants and not have a specific plan of action. This is not good and is a common excuse for most people. All too often we get to a place where we just accept the results we get in a day or week etc. because we are working on a big project or something. This is lethal to you and your business. You will start to see a decline in productivity and a decline in business as well if you fall into this trap.

Goals are not hard to set if you take the work out of the equation. People are scared of the word Goals. Leadership Goals are no different. Try this simple exercise and see if this works for you. Replace the word goal with to do. Have you ever notice if you get behind and make yourself a to do list to get caught up that you get everything done in a small amount of time and everything is back to flowing correctly. That to do list looks huge when you start and you wonder how you will ever get it all done. The funny thing is you get it done and then some because you stayed on point. You had a guide and you were focused.

We humans are funny that way. You can replace a word that scares us to death and get us productive simply but creating a different tool for us to use. Leadership goals are the same way and if you do not have any them you better make a to do list fast!

Transmyocardial Laser Revascularization (TLR):

Transmyocardial Laser Revascularization or (TLR) is a procedure that is performed to treat a condition called Angina. It is when all other treatments fail, that this procedure is recommended. This is not so common procedure. It is usually recommended to people who have already had a Coronary Artery Bypass (CABG) done and cannot undergo another one.

Valve Repair or Valve Replacement:

In order for the heart to function normally, the heart valves ensure that blood flows in only one direction. Healthy valves open and close in a precise way which helps the heart to pump blood to various parts of the body. A heart valve may be repaired or in certain cases replaced to ensure proper function of the heart.

Heart Transplant:
In this procedure, a diseased heart is replaced with a healthy heart from a brain dead donor. This procedure is usually done for people whose heart is damaged or weak cannot pump enough blood to meet the body’s needs.

Open Heart Surgery:
In this procedure, the Chest wall is opened to operate on the heart. The word “open” refers to the Chest and not the heart itself. Depending on the kind of surgery, the heart may be opened too.  Open heart surgery is done to bypass blocked arteries of the heart or to repair/replace valves, correct Atrial fibrillation and during a heart transplant.

Prior to undergoing any of the above said procedures, medical tests are done to understand your heart problem and assess your overall health. This helps the doctors decide if you require a surgery, the kind of surgery and when you need to do it.

Hopefully somebody else on here will find it for you, but you may have to bite the bullet and ask a lawyer to print it out for you, and pay him/her for the service. If it is for a class, the teacher may very well have copies, or the school bookstore might as well. You can also look up any organizations in your area that help people on low income with legal issues.
