Here are some more information for Under Water:

Once in the middle of September last year I was lucky to have been at the place called wharf Rudnaya, it's northerner of Vladivostok (Russia). It is possible to watch octopus life under water there. Temperature of the water on the surface was about 14 degrees above zero. At the depth of 8-12 m it was 4-8 degrees above zero. I used an amphibian camera OLYMPUS M 770 SW, camera OLYMPUS E 410 in a housing with an external flash gun FL-20 in a housing too and camera Nikon D80 in a housing SEA&SEA with an external flash gun. Such a set of underwater equipment allowed me to take some unusual and varied photographs of the underwater world and octopuses in particular. In common we met them in area of Black rocks (cape of Brinner), Two Brothers rocks and Third Langou.
The most widespread here is octopus. Octopuses don't like warm water. It's easer to meet them when the wind blows away a layer of warm water and cold water (4-8 degrees above zero) is coming from the depth. With such a kind of water a mass of octopuses is floating to the surface. There are octopuses of small size and largeness with tentacles about 2 m.
Octopuses appear as very smart creatures of underwater world and they disguise themselves very well. Usually they are looking for any crack under a rock or some item near which they hide. An octopus can change color of its body depending on color of underwater entourage so it's very difficult to take a photograph of it. An octopus likes cleanness. This character allows finding an octopus. Swimming up to some crack or stone you can see bright circles made of shells. It means that an octopus regaled himself with shell thrown away empty shells from its dwelling. In such kind of place you should seek an octopus. As rule giving some light you'll see an "owner" of that dwelling.
It seems that octopuses have gotten used to underwater photographers here and are ready to do everything to help taking good underwater photos. As usual, if you dive the two together one diver lures it out from its house another one meets it with a camera. Acting in such a way you are able to take good photos of octopuses. When an octopus is quiet it has a pale coloring, and it's not been seeing at all.
However, when an octopus is troubled, afraid or angry it gets red tint. In that situation an octopus flashes in flash gun's rays. Commonly, an octopus hides in its house to the last, and it must have a serious reason to leave his dwelling. However, when an octopus is alarmed it leaves its house like a shot. However, when he sees that its opponent is much bigger it rapidly runs away "dropping" some ink bombs.
About me I was born in 1951 in Tallinn. I have engaged in underwater photography since 1967. I made my first underwater photos on Black Sea with the help of self-made housing made of volleyball bladder and oval underwater mask While I was a student at Leningrad institute of mechanics and optics I designed and made underwater photo systems on my own. At the same time, I took part in underwater expeditions. My first publication on the underwater photography theme appeared in 1978 in one of the domestic magazines. I took part in sea ecological expedition at Cuba from 1985 to 1987. I made photos in Black Sea, Japanese Sea, Barents Sea, Red Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Caribbean Sea. I have more than two hundred issues on the underwater photography. I took part in different domestic and international underwater images competitions. I was a founder and main editor of such underwater magazines as Neptune. I am an CMAS instructor. My website [http://free-photograph-photos.com]
How to Conserve Water in Your Home
Cleaning
When cleaning your house you should always think before you start. By filling the dishwasher all the way before you run it, you'll save a lot of water. By washing vegetables in a bowl and scrubbing with a vegetable brush you won’t have to run the water as much.
Hygiene
A lot of people aren't so willing to change their personal hygiene routine as easily as their dishwashing routine, but by adjusting a few things you can save a lot of water! Try wetting your toothbrush before you brush and not leave the water running unnecessarily, or only filling the bath half way.
Gardening
Adding compost to your garden soil will make it more water absorbent, and will save lots of water. Try using left over water from making tea or boiling an egg to water your garden. You can even reuse dishwasher water on non-edible plants as long as you check with your local municipality department first.
Outside the Home
Check anywhere around your home where water might be leaking. Are your hose connections dripping water? If so, they are cheap and easy to replace. You should also check to see if you have any sprinklers wasting water by spraying on the driveway or sidewalk.
Recreational Savings
You can save water outside by replace your pool filter with one that uses less water and eliminate toys that needlessly spray water. You should also avoid water activities that excessively waste water.
Laundry
Only do full loads of laundry, or if your washer allows, lower the water height with smaller loads. In the summer, consider hand-washing some t-shirts or sheets and hang-dry to very conservative with your energy.
Food and Drinks
Don’t thaw meat or other frozen products with running water, instead put them in the fridge to defrost. Chill water in the fridge rather than running the faucet or using ice cubes. Try switching to plastic ice cubes instead of ice trays; they’re both water conscious and attractive. If you have a lot of dishes to wash you could put them all a sink of soapy water and let it sit for a while before washing. Then, you save water by avoiding unnecessary scrubbing.

How come when you open your eyes under-water everything is blurry?
Ever Since i was little, I have been opening my eyes under-water. But I recently started to wonder, How come its so blurry under-water. With goggles it clear, but goggles give me headaches and stretch my skin. Chlorine doesnt bother me. But how can I get better vision under-water? What causes it to be blurry?
Emily is right but she's wrong. She's right in that the reason it is blurry is because you are looking through water. BUT, it is not for the reason she says. It has nothing to do with looking through the water or that the water is moving. It's because the water is actually in contact with the front of your eye. (That's why you can see quite clearly underwater if you are wearing a scuba mask. With a scuba mask you are looking through the water and the water is moving. But your vision is still clear.)
The eye is designed to see clearly and focus light directly on the retina when light enters the eye after traveling through air as it contacts the front of the eye. Since water and air have two different indexes of refraction (they affect light differently) light that enters the eye after traveling through water that is in contact with the front of the eye will be focused very differently than if the light contacts the eye having traveled through air at the point of contact. Again, that's why you see clearly underwater with a scuba mask on. And it doesn't matter how far it travels through air before it strikes the front of the eye. A fraction of an inch is enough to allow the image to focus well.
