I am thinking about buying one of these antique vintage pistols for future investment.

1. Colt Single Action revolver, early production in 75-80% condition.
2. German Luger WWI made in 1916 with all matching serial number and matching magazine.
3. Japanese Nambu 8mm carried by Japanese officer, all matching serial numbers

Which of these 3 pistols will increase more in value 50 years from today?

Just the age or make of the gun does not necessarily make it a collectible. If you have a first generation Colt Peacemaker, in about 80% condition, you have a decent find. If it is a second generation, not so great. And a third generation is new manufacture, so 80% condition is a poor gun.

Old Lugers are always fun but there are a lot of different versions and even more phony guns out there. An original, good condition, pre wwII, Luger can be worth as much as a first generation Colt.

Nambu is an interesting curiosity but not worth anywhere near the other two.

Of the guns you list, the Colt has the best chance of appreciating in value.
